Court Policy

Version v1 · the version you agreed to is recorded against your booking.

1. Booking and payment

  1. 1.1Courts are booked in 1-hour slots. Slots start on the hour and the last slot ends at closing time.
  2. 1.2A booking covers one date only. You may book multiple courts and multiple time slots on that date, and they don't have to be consecutive.
  3. 1.3Full payment is required before a booking is reviewed. Pay by GCash or BDO using the details shown at checkout, then upload a clear photo or screenshot of your proof of payment.
  4. 1.4Your booking is Pending until we verify your payment. A pending booking holds your slots, but it is not confirmed and does not guarantee court access. You'll receive an email once it's approved.
  5. 1.5If we can't verify your payment, your booking is rejected, your slots are released, and we'll email you the reason. Any refund is arranged directly with us.
  6. 1.6Slots can be booked right up to their start time. If your slot starts soon, message us at our contact number after paying so we can confirm you before you arrive.
  7. 1.7Keep your reference number. It's how you check your booking and how we find you at the venue.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

  1. 2.1There are no refunds for cancellations. You may instead reschedule to another available slot.
  2. 2.2To cancel or reschedule, message us at our contact number. There's no self-service cancellation — we handle every change personally.
  3. 2.3Notice must be given at least one (1) day before your reserved time.
  4. 2.4Cancellations made within five (5) hours of your reserved time are forfeited — the slot and the payment are both lost.
  5. For cancellations with more than five (5) hours' but less than one (1) day's notice, please contact us — we'll confirm what's possible for your booking.
  6. 2.5Rescheduling depends on availability. We can only move you to a slot that's actually open, and rescheduling doesn't extend indefinitely — please pick your new slot when you contact us.
  7. 2.6No-shows are treated as cancellations within 5 hours: forfeited.

3. Weather

  1. 3.1Court 2 is outdoor. Courts 1, 3, and 4 are covered.
  2. 3.2If rain makes your Court 2 booking unplayable, your slot will be rescheduled to another available slot at no extra cost. There is no refund.
  3. 3.3Rain does not affect bookings on Courts 1, 3, or 4.
  4. 3.4Contact us as soon as conditions look doubtful so we can arrange your new slot.

4. Using the courts

  1. 4.1You may only play on the court you booked. If you booked one court, use one court.
  2. 4.2If you use an additional court without booking it, staff will ask you to move off it, and we may charge the standard rate for the time used. Please just book it — the availability is on the website.
  3. 4.3Please vacate your court promptly at the end of your slot. Someone else may have booked the next hour.
  4. 4.4Wear appropriate non-marking court shoes. Bring your own paddles and balls — the venue does not rent equipment.
  5. 4.5Play at a volume and manner appropriate to a school environment. This is a school campus, and classes or activities may be in session.

5. Food, drinks, and pets

  1. 5.1Food is allowed.
  2. 5.2Small pets are allowed. Please keep them leashed or contained, under your control at all times, and off the court surface. You are responsible for cleaning up after them.
  3. 5.3Alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited. Anyone who appears intoxicated will be asked to leave without a refund.
  4. 5.4No smoking or vaping anywhere on campus.

6. Cleanliness — CLAYGO

  1. 6.1Clean As You Go. Take all your rubbish with you and leave the court and surrounding area as you found it.
  2. 6.2Use the bins provided. Don't leave bottles, wrappers, tape, or equipment behind.
  3. 6.3Groups that repeatedly leave a mess may be refused future bookings.

7. Parking

  1. 7.1Parking is free for court users.
  2. 7.2Park only in designated areas and follow campus signage and any instructions from school staff or security.
  3. 7.3Our venue is not liable for any loss of or damage to vehicles or their contents. You park at your own risk.

8. Safety and liability

  1. 8.1Pickleball is a physical sport carrying an inherent risk of injury. Everyone who plays does so voluntarily and at their own risk.
  2. 8.2Every player must agree to the Waiver and Assumption of Risk. By completing a booking, the person booking confirms they agree to it on behalf of themselves and everyone in their group.
  3. 8.3Players under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must sign the waiver on their behalf.
  4. 8.4Report any injury, hazard, or damaged equipment to staff immediately.
  5. 8.5Our venue is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

9. Right to refuse

  1. 9.1Our venue may refuse entry, end a session, or decline future bookings for anyone who breaches this policy, behaves unsafely, or is abusive to staff or other players. No refund is given in these cases.
  2. 9.2Our venue may cancel or reschedule bookings where necessary — for school events, maintenance, or emergencies. Where we cancel, you may reschedule to any available slot at no extra cost.
