Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk

By accepting this Waiver of Liability and Assumption of Risk, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms in consideration for being allowed to use the facilities, courts, equipment, and parking areas of Linkers Pickleball Court.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in pickleball and other sports activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, slips, falls, collisions, muscle strains, fractures, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in activities at the facility.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Linkers Pickleball Court, its owners, management, staff, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, accident, or damage that may occur while using the facility.

3. Weather and Environmental Conditions

I acknowledge that outdoor and semi-outdoor sports activities may be affected by weather conditions such as rain, wind, extreme heat, or other natural disturbances. I accept that Linkers Pickleball Court shall not be liable for any injury, disruption, or damages caused by weather or environmental conditions.

4. Personal Belongings

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. Linkers Pickleball Court shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.

5. Vehicle and Parking Area

I understand that parking provided by Linkers Pickleball Court is offered as a free convenience. I agree that the facility shall not be liable for any damage to, theft of, or loss of vehicles or items left inside vehicles while parked in the facility's parking area.

6. Facility Rules

I agree to follow all posted facility rules and instructions from staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.

7. Medical Fitness

I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in sports activities. I agree that Linkers Pickleball Court is not responsible for any health issues or medical conditions that may arise from my participation.

8. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkers Pickleball Court, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from my participation or use of the facility.

9. Acknowledgment

I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and accept it freely and voluntarily. I understand that by ticking the box, I am giving up certain legal rights.
